Thunderstorms are ongoing in the state already Wednesday morning. Some may be severe with inch and a half hail and strong winds possible.
Storms out west will move east this morning, making the metro as early as 6 a.m. 50s and 60s temperatures this morning with southerly winds 10-20 mph will stay with us much of the day.
Later today, highs today will only be near 70 with southerly winds. Storm chances will be 20 percent for the metro this afternoon with increased chances the further south you go in Oklahoma. Some afternoon storms may be severe with large hail and strong winds.
A tornado or two is possible, again along the Red River will be the best chances for this.
