Norman Police Identify Two Found Dead In Apparent Murder-Suicide

Norman police have identified two people found dead following an apparent murder-suicide Sunday afternoon.

According to police, 23-year-old Preston Wright attacked his girlfriend, 21-year-old Sarah Owen, with a knife and then turned the weapon on himself. Both are from Norman.

Police said a 911 call a little after 3 p.m. Sunday led them to 3417 Madra Street. Neighbors said what appeared to be a property dispute between a man and a woman escalated.
