Canadian County Sheriff's Office Arrests Two Men For Child Sex Crimes

Canadian County Sheriff's Department arrests two men who were actively soliciting sex from a teen.

This comes in efforts of the Canadian County Sheriff's Office latest Internet Crimes Against Task Force work.

Authorities said Stephen Noles, 35, of Norman, aggressively pursued sexual relations with an undercover deputy posing to be a 14-year-old girl on Facebook. Noles, Facebook friend-requested the 14-year-old girl and not only sent sexually explicit messages but said he wanted to meet for sex.

Noles was arrested Wednesday morning, at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City where he worked as a janitor.

Later Wednesday, authorities said Muhammed S. Muhammed Najumudeen,  23, of Edmond attempted to meet with the undercover deputy posing as a 14-year-old. Najumudeen's conversations with the undercover deputy became sexually explicit in nature. Najumudeen sent numerous text messages and planned a meet with the girl.

“We didn't have to do any of the planning, he did it all. All we had to do was show up where he planned to meet and rape a 14-year-old girl,” said Canadian County Sheriff Randall Edwards.

Najumudeen was taken into custody after he arrived in the car he told the “14-year-girl” he would be driving.

Both Noles and Najumudeen are in custody at the Canadian County Jail.

Noles is facing charges of Soliciting Sex With a Minor and Lewd Acts. His bond is set at $200,000.

Najumudeen if facing a charges of Soliciting Sex With a Minor. His bond is set at $50,000.
