Corn Sauté
5 ears of fresh corn (or frozen)
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 red and yellow pepper, chopped
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Red pepper flakes, heat
In a sauté pan over medium heat sauté the onion, corn and peppers till corn is cooked through. Sprinkle with red pepper and serve.
