Two Found Drowned After Pickup Washed Into Muskogee County Creek

Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that the bodies of a man and woman were found a day apart in a creek located a few miles southeast of Warner.

Two people were found drowned in a creek in southern Muskogee County after their truck was washed away, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

OHP reports that the bodies of a man and woman were found a day apart in a creek located a few miles southeast of Warner.

A media release states Emma Reece, 63, was found in the pickup that was pulled out of the creek Friday, March 27.

On Saturday morning, the Marine Enforcement division began searching for the second victim after learning there were two people in the truck.

The body of Wade Kellogg, 56, was found early Saturday morning about a quarter mile downstream.

Reece is identified as a Webbers Falls resident and Kellogg is from Fort Gibson, authorities state.
