Norman police are looking for a suspect caught on camera robbing a convenience store at gunpoint.

According to police, at about 11:45 p.m. on Sunday, March 15, officers responded to the report of an armed robbery at a convenience store, located at 1728 24th Avenue SW.

According to the store clerk and a customer, a white male suspect, armed with a handgun, walked into the business and announced, “This is a robbery.”

The suspect, who was wearing a green hoodie, black pants, and a black ski mask, took an undisclosed amount of cash and a cell phone before running away from the scene, according to police.

Police released a surveillance video of the armed robbery on Thursday, March 19.
