Drizzle and patchy fog will be the weather story Thursday morning.

The fog might have some effect on driving this morning. So prepare for that with visibilities under a half mile possible.

Drizzle , fog, and light rain may continue through mid-morning. Rain chances are 30 percent this morning, 60 percent late day and 100 percent for overnight. The high temperature today will only make it into the mid 50s with the rain and cloud cover around. Winds today will be East-Northeast, light this morning, increasing to 10-20 mph late day.

Thunderstorms and showers are possible late day and into tonight. The biggest threat is expected to be hail to the size of quarters and strong gusty winds.

Although the metro is in the picture for this later, the best area to experience severe weather will be along the Red River starting in the west moving to the Ardmore area and parts east from there.
