OKLAHOMA CITY - Crews successfully doused a grass fire in northeast Oklahoma City, Wednesday afternoon.

Firefighters were called out to the scene near NE 70th St. and Air Depot Rd., just after 2 p.m.

It appears that a prescribed burn in the area may have grown out of control. No injuries have been reported at this time.

While fighting the flames, a wind shift brought the blaze toward a home in the area. Crews worked swiftly and were able to get it under control before anything was damaged.
