Court documents shed more light on the convicted felon who held Oklahoma City Police at bay for ten hours last month in a Northwest Expressway hotel.

Police said they found more than 136 fake or stolen I.D's in 35-year-old Chad Yeaman's Oklahoma City apartment back in December. Police went there to serve a warrant, but Yeaman cut a hole in the ceiling of his apartment and got away.

On February 20th, Police found Yeaman in a second-floor hotel room at the Extended Stay America Hotel. Police said Yeaman refused to come out, so they forced their way.

Jayla Carter used to live below Yeaman's old Mayfair Gardens Apartment. She said she knew something with him was “off.”

“We were just sitting outside chilling and we saw this guy staring looking through the window looking at us,” she said.

Court documents said Yeaman spent 14 years in a California prison after being charged with 40 felonies relating to identity theft.
