High pressure brought lots of sunshine around Tuesday and helped to melt a lot of our snow. Skies become partly to mostly cloudy Tuesday night with temperatures dropping to the mid-20's. Any melting that took place earlier will refreeze overnight. Look for slick spots Wednesday morning. As an upper air disturbance brings a chance for snow in the southeast part of the state overnight we will keep a very slight chance of light snow or flurries in the metro for very late Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning.

Skies become partly cloudy during the day Wednesday and highs recover to the upper 40's. A cold front comes through later in the day dropping our highs to around 30 for Friday.
