Arctic Air To Blast Through Oklahoma

Posted: Updated:

Friday night lows, clouds, and areas of drizzle will stick around.

A southeast breeze will keep temperatures from falling to far Friday night. A cold front will come through around midnight, switching winds to the north.

Saturday morning temperatures should start out in the 30s. Throughout the day, skies will be partly cloudy and temperatures will climb into the 50s. Even colder air comes surging through Saturday night, bringing freezing temperatures and low clouds.

Highs will be stuck around freezing under cloudy skies on Sunday. Arctic air will be brutal at times, with a gusty north wind.

Flurries and light snow will also accompany the brutally cold air Sunday morning through Monday.
