MOORE, Oklahoma -

Four Westmoore High School students stand accused of raping a 15-year-old girl. An affidavit released on Friday reveals new details in the investigation.

According to the affidavit, on January 26, 18-year-old John Delmoral, 18-year-old Terrel Skinner, 19-year-old Boston Williams and 18-year-old Johnathan Henderson participated in the gang rape of a 15-year-old girl at the Brookwood Village Apartments, located at 9139 S. Shartel.

Henderson was 17 years old at the time of the rape, but has since turned 18.

The victim reportedly went to the apartment with the four suspects. The affidavit stated that the victim intended to have consensual sex with Henderson. However, as she and Henderson were having sex, Delmoral and Skinner came into the room undressed. The two then told Henderson to, “get up, it's our turn.”

According to the affidavit, the victim said she was shocked to see Henderson get up and allow Delmoral and Skinner to rape her. Henderson, Delmoral and Skinner then took turns raping the victim.

Williams later came into the room and also raped the victim. The affidavit stated that Williams, Skinner and Henderson also forced the victim to perform oral sex.

According to the affidavit, the victim said she never said no because she considered Henderson her boyfriend, and she was shocked that he not only did not stop the rape, he participated in it. The victim said she asked the suspects several times to, “Just take me back to the school.”

The victim said Delmoral told her that he had the car, and they could leave when they were done.

Delmoral, Skinner and Williams are being held at the Cleveland County Jail on complaints of second-degree rape. An arrest warrant has been issued for Henderson, who has not been taken into custody at this time.
