Authorities Searching For Missing Elmore City Man

ELMORE CITY, Oklahoma -

Authorities in Garvin County are searching for an Elmore City man who went missing from the area last week. 

According to the Garvin County Sheriff's Office, 20-year-old Dylan Harris was last seen walking away from his home on Jan. 28. Investigators say Harris did not have a cell phone or access to a vehicle.

Harris is said to be paranoid of law enforcement and may not seek assistance by himself. Officials want Harris and anyone he may be with to know that he is not wanted in connection with any criminal activity.

The sheriff's office says Harris has a mental health disorder and did not have his medication on him. His is considered to be endangered because of his condition.

Investigators describe Harris as a white male with brown hair, approximately 5' 11” tall and weighing 185 pounds. He was wearing a black or blue shirt and gray sweatpants.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Dylan Ray Harris is asked to contact the Garvin County Sheriff's Office at (405) 238-9900 or (405) 238-7591 as soon as possible.
