Firefighters Contain NW OKC House Fire

Firefighters have contained a house fire in northwest Oklahoma City.

According to the fire department, at about 10:15 a.m., crews responded to the fire at a home in the 9600 block of Eagle Hill Drive.

Bob Mills SkyNews 9 HD flew over the scene. Pilot Jim Gardner reported that heavy smoke and flames were coming out of the back of the house.

A woman was able to get out of the home and call authorities. No one was injured.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
