OKLAHOMA CITY -

An Oklahoma City man was arrested for public drunkenness and indecent exposure after being caught naked and masturbating inside of a restroom at a restaurant on the northwest side of the metro, early Sunday morning.

OKC police officers were called out to Beverly's Pancake House around 2 a.m. Sunday in reference to a naked man inside of the bathroom at the restaurant.

When officers arrived they found 50-year-old Terrell Maguire standing in the middle of the restroom with only his shirt over his head, touching himself and jabbering incoherently.

Police noted that Maguire had multiple cuts, scrapes and bruises all over his body, and appeared to have been in some sort of accident or altercation. The officers managed to escort Maguire out of the restaurant without incident and transported him across the street to Baptist Hospital to be evaluated by medical staff.

Maguire was given medication in order to calm him down, and after a while, he was able to communicate with the officers. According to the report, Maguire told police he was he had not taken any drugs but had been drinking. He also said that while at the restaurant he thought he was in a stall and not in the middle of the room where everyone could see him.

A blood screening at the hospital did not reveal any drugs in Maguire's system. After being cleared by medical staff, Maguire was transported to the Oklahoma County Jail on one count of Public Drunkenness and one count of Indecent Exposure. Each charge carried a bond of $2,500.
