NORMAN, Oklahoma -

Authorities responded to what started as an armed robbery call at an apartment on the 1900 block of E. Lindsay Street in Norman Saturday afternoon. Norman police said the call also stated shots had been fired at the apartment.

Police said the suspects matching the description were located in the parking lot of the complex, but "they ignored officers and went inside the apartment." Officers said they set up a perimeter around the apartment and then took three suspects into custody.

Authorities said the fourth suspect, who was armed with a handgun, was in the apartment for two and a half hours before coming out.

All four suspects were eventually taken into custody, according to officials on scene. No injuries were reported and the investigation continues.
