Crunchy Thai Beans
2 cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed well
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons Thai seasoning
1 teaspoon sea salt
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Once the garbanzo beans are drained pour them out onto a paper towels to ensure there is no water on them. Then place them in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss together and pour onto the parchment lined baking sheet. Cook for 45 minutes until roasted and golden. Remove from the oven and then sprinkle with thai seasoning and sea salt. Allow the beans to cool and store in an airtight container.
*Feel free to experiment with spices, taco seasonings or even ranch seasoning!
