Crews Put Out Apartment Fire In NW OKC

Firefighters have put out an apartment fire in northwest Oklahoma City, Wednesday morning.

Firefighters have put out an apartment fire in northwest Oklahoma City, Wednesday morning.

According to the fire department, just after 10:30 a.m., crews responded to a fire at an apartment building, located at 600 N.W. 32nd.

When firefighters arrived on the scene, they reported seeing heavy smoke. They were able to get the fire under control. 

Crews rescued a woman from the apartment building. She is being checked out by EMSA in the parking lot at this time. Her injuries are not believed to be serious. 

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
