Former Moore Teacher Won't Sign Extradition Papers After Sex Crime Allegations

The Cleveland County Sheriff's Office said it will have to obtain a governor's warrant to bring a former Moore teacher back to Oklahoma following allegations he had sex with a student.

 The Cleveland County Sheriff's Office said it will have to obtain a governor's warrant to bring a former Moore teacher back to Oklahoma following allegations he had sex with a student.


Authorities said Gregory Saul, 67, was arrested in Texas this week and has refused to sign extradition papers.

Officials said Saul, had been on the run since the beginning of the year after he failed to show up for a court hearing. Saul was a teacher at Moore Christian Schools back in 2012 and faces 18 felony counts for seducing a 13-year-old student.

In the meantime, Saul is being held without bond in a Texas jail.
