Areas of patchy fog and drizzle will redevelop Saturday evening. Take your time out on the roads, if you're headed out. Temperatures will remain mild with the help of a brisk south wind. We should only fall to the mid-50's by Sunday morning.

Sunday is still looking like an active weather day. Showers and storms move west to east across the state during the afternoon. The metro has the best chance of seeing showers and storms noon and 4 p.m. Isolated strong to severe storms are possible with quarter size hail and 65 mph wind gusts. Temperatures will reach into the low 60's ahead of the storms. The cold front will arrive Sunday evening, dropping our temperatures in time for the start of the new week.

Skies become partly cloudy on Monday with highs in the low 50's. We cool into the mid- and upper 40's for much of the week ahead with our next best chance of rain arriving on Thursday.
