Victim In Del City 7-Eleven Shooting Dies

 Authorities told News 9 the victim in an early morning shooting in near a Del City convenience store has died.

According to police, a man was shot in the parking lot of the 7-Eleven on Tinker Diagonal and Scott Street around 2 a.m. Friday.

News 9 was told the victim passed away at 2 p.m. Friday.

The victim was originally transported to the hospital from the scene with what was considered non-life-threatening injuries, according to officials.

Police have not released a description of the suspect.
