Tulsa Police investigated damage to an EMSA ambulance after a passenger side window shattered early Saturday morning. It happened around 1:48 a.m. on Utica between 3rd and 5th Streets.

The crew heard a crack before the window shattered, according to Tulsa Police Corporal Jack Pike. Police were unable to find any evidence of bullet fragments inside the cab of the ambulance and say they would normally expect a bullet to do additional damage.

That doesn't rule out the possibility of some kind of pellet gun, however, Pike said.

Fortunately, no one inside the ambulance was injured.
