Oklahoma Earthquakes Cause Alarm, Damage Sunday

Three earthquakes have rattled Oklahoma during the last day of November.An earthquake struck north of Enid just before 4:30 Sunday morning.

Three earthquakes have rattled Oklahoma during the last day of November. The most recent was a 3.5 magnitude quake located in northeast Edmond at 6:18 a.m.

An earthquake struck north of Enid just before 4:30 Sunday morning. There have been reports of any damage from that 4.2 magnitude quake.

Oklahomans in Lincoln County were shaken awake around 1 a.m. According to the USGS, a 3.8 magnitude quake struck the area just 4 miles northwest of Prague.

Phones at News 9 began ringing immediately following the quake. One man reported that the quake caused damage to his barn floor.

Wesley Hale in Prague says the quake cracked his 4-inch thick concrete floor, raising it nearly 2 inches in some areas. Another man reported that the quake cracked a window in his home.
