The Stephens County Sheriff's Office canceled a Silver Alert after a missing woman was found Thursday morning.

Authorities were looking for 74-year-old Effie Duke, who is insulin-dependent and has memory loss. If approached, authorities said Duke may seem coherent and not know she is missing.

According to the Sheriff's office, Duke was under proven medical or physical disability, and they believe she is in imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death.

Duke was driving a 2011, 4-door, Honda Civic with an Oklahoma license plate 093LTJ. The car was last seen in the Walters area at about 11:45 p.m. Wednesday.

Duke was found just before 12 p.m.
