OKLAHOMA CITY - It's day two of our series this week. We're taking your job and loving it.

On Tuesday, Jed Castles and Tammy Payne showed off their ice skating skills with the Oklahoma City Barons.

It's a fast-paced, slippery sport that's followed by millions of fans around the world and the Barons are in the middle of another exciting season at the Cox Convention Center.

“It's a tough game to pick up. You can't just put on a pair of skates and think you can go out and skate,” said Jason Williams with the Oklahoma City Barons.

Jed and Tammy were quick to find out this is all about balance, coordination and stability.

The nearly two dozen players on the Barons team work around the year to make it look easy.

“Even in the off season, there's a lot of hockey, too. Lot of strength training to get ready for the next season,” Curtis Hamilton said.

The Barons' next home games are this upcoming Friday and Saturday nights and tickets are available.
