Garth Brooks Talks To News 9's Lacie Lowry About His Return To Oklahoma

The wait is on for January, when country music legend and native Oklahoman, Garth Brooks will make his way back home.

Friday morning, Brooks set a new record for ticket sales for seven shows next month in Tulsa.

And on Monday, he sat down with News 9's Lacie Lowry to talk about his return to the Sooner State and the potential for a show in Oklahoma City.

    Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin said Tuesday afternoon that a 15-year-old boy shot 14 people Tuesday morning at a southwestern Kentucky high school. Two of the victims, a 15-year-old boy and 15-year-old girl, died. Five others suffered non-gunshot injuries, the governor said. The suspect in the incident at Marshall County High School in Benton, Kentucky, has been apprehended, according to officials with Marshall County Emergency Management.
