The United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported an earthquake in Noble County Monday afternoon.
The 3.0 magnitude earthquake shook the area 13 miles west, northwest Pawnee and 19 miles south of Ponca City at 2:40 p.m., according to the USGS.
The quake was reportedly more than three miles deep.
There are no reports of major injury or damage at this time.
According to the USGS, earthquakes with magnitudes ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest ones felt by humans. Damage is more likely from quakes at a 4.0 magnitude and higher.
