More Charges Filed Against Man Accused Of Kidnapping Ardmore Girl

The Love County District Attorney filed additional charges against 34-year- old Fount Duston, Thursday afternoon.

Duston is the man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl.

The DA filed two counts of first-degree rape, two counts of lewd molestation, kidnapping, providing alcoholic beverage to a child under age, feloniously pointing a firearm and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

The charges stem from the abduction reported on Nov. 8 in Ardmore. Ardmore police rescued the child from inside Duston's home in Marietta, Sunday, approximately 13 hours after an amber alert was issued.

Duston was also charged in Carter County with one count of kidnapping earlier this week. He is being held on a $750,000 bond. He is expected to be extradited to Love County for arraignment on the new charges, Friday.
