It's a mild start for the state with 40s and 50s temperatures. Southerly winds will prevail for most of the day 10-20 mph.
Later today, it will be sunny and warm with a high near 77 degrees.
Today will be the last warm day for some time. An arctic cold front will enter the state and blanket Oklahoma with very cold temperatures on the way.
Winds will increase 15-30 mph as the front approaches and higher gust may be expected.
A cold blast of Arctic air will stay with us all week and more with some frozen precip possible late week. More to come on this.
