Tulsa Police officers arrested a Broken Arrow man after a domestic dispute at an apartment complex Sunday evening.

Officers responded to the 6800 block of South Trenton at 5:16 p.m. At the complex, a witness told police Chad Kintner, 32, had been arguing with a woman and had kicked out an apartment window and tried to kick open an apartment door.

Police located Kintner in a car parked at the complex and ordered him to get out of his car. They stated Kintner refused and tried to back up but an officer opened the car door and took the car keys stopping the car.

Police said they had to physically remove Kintner from the car, who struggled with officers while he was being handcuffed. The police report also stated Kintner kicked one officer in the chest and tried to spit blood in the face of another officer.

During a alcohol breath test, police said Kintner tested at .206.

It didn't end there, police said at the Tulsa County jail, Chad Kinter became combative again and kicked an officer in the thigh as he was being booked into his cell.

Chad Kintner was booked into the Tulsa County jail on four complaints of assault and battery on an officer as well as malicious injury to property and resisting arrest. Jail records show he was being held in lieu of $20,200 bond with a court appearance set for November 10, 2014.

No word if any of the officers needed medical treatment.
