A 3.3 magnitude earthquake was recorded Wednesday morning near Edmond, Oklahoma.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, this earthquake was recorded at 11:53 a.m. Its epicenter was located six miles north, northwest of Edmond and 11 miles south, southwest of Guthrie.

It was about three miles deep.
