Spicy Candied Bacon

1 pound thick cut bacon

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. In a small bowl combine the brown sugar and Cajun seasoning. Pour the brown sugar mixture on a flat plate. Then press the bacon strips front and back into the brown sugar mixture and place on the baking sheet. Continue till all of the bacon is covered and then bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the bacon strips on a baking rack to cool. Enjoy!
