A Washington County judge ordered a Bartlesville man accused of forcing his juvenile son to eat what the son thought was marijuana to stand trial.

Carl Holder, 31, is charged with child neglect and possession of a controlled and dangerous substance in the presence of a minor.

In April, police officers arrested Holder after a search of his home in the 100 block of South Kaw.  According to an affidavit, Holder's son told officers "My dad took some of the drugs and stuck them in my nose and then asked me to eat some. It tasted real bad and I spit it out."
