We've got a fantastic day of seasonally, cool, fall weather in front of us.
High temperatures will top out around 70 degrees this afternoon under mostly sunny skies with a northeast wind around 5 to 15 mph. Skies become partly cloudy tonight, and we drop to the upper 40s. Jackets will be needed again as your headed out the door tomorrow morning.
Our wind switches to the south on Sunday, bringing temperatures back to the mid-70s. Skies become partly sunny, and we re-introduce a slight chance for rain in the metro and areas north. The best timing for this slim chance of rain will be between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. tomorrow morning. The rest of the day looks dry.
A weak cool front will come through Sunday night and early Monday morning, bringing another slight chance for rain in the metro. Better chances for rain hold off until Thursday with the passage of a stronger cold front.
