State officials said Measured Progress will administer the winter assessments.

Measured Progress will also deliver end-of-instruction (EOI) exams and re-testing of the Oklahoma Modified Alternate Assessment Program (OMAAP), which state officials said is being phased out by the state in order to meet federal requirements.

According to a news release, Measured Progress is familiar to Oklahoma schools. In November 2013, state officials chose the company for English and mathematics testing for students in third through eighth grades.

Under the plan approved by the State Board of Education, two of the testing windows have been pushed back.
