TV Station Reports Son Has Confessed To Killing Duncan Family

DUNCAN, Oklahoma -

A television station in Lawton says Alan Hruby has confessed to killing his father, mother and sister in Duncan. KSWO-TV says the information was confirmed early Wednesday morning by Police Chief Danny Ford.

The station is also reporting John Hruby, his wife Tinker and their 17-year-old daughter Katherine may have been shot, but investigators are not confirming that.

Duncan Police Chief Danny Ford confirmed to News 9 late Tuesday night that Alan Hruby was the only suspect in the triple homicide case.

Alan Hruby was already in custody for a charge unrelated to his family's death.
