A lot of people hit up big warehouse stores like Sam's Club to score deals. But, there are five items you should never buy.

The list comes from MarketWatch. First on the list are books, CDs and DVDs. You can probably buy these items cheaper online like on Amazon. Plus, most stores put these right at the register so you're tempted to splurge and buy them.

Next on the list are condiments, sunscreen and beauty products. Most of these items will come in bulk sizes, so you might not finish the mustard or shampoo before the use by date.

Moms, this one is for you. You should avoid buying diapers at the warehouse stores. Often times you can grab a better deal at retail stores and even online at Amazon.

Another item to steer clear from buying is laundry detergent. Just like mustard and ketchup, most people don't use the whole bottle before the soap loses its effectiveness.

And last, think twice about buying paper goods. You can also find a better deal at grocery and retail stores when it comes to toilet paper and tissues.

There are items better to buy at the big-bulk stores. For example, meat, specifically bacon and chicken breasts, since you can freeze leftovers.

Also, kitchen appliances like toasters and microwaves and car parts like batteries and tires are often priced very low. The biggest deal usually comes on drugs like aspirin.
