Friends and family of an Oklahoma woman beheaded during an attack at the Moore food plant where she worked have concluded a funeral service that celebrated her life.

Fifty-four-year-old Colleen Hufford died last week. Prosecutors said she was targeted by a co-worker who had been suspended from his job.

At the end of the 45-minute service, mourners wiped tears away as they exited the church. Hufford's husband greeted many, hugging some.

Around a dozen mourners wore jerseys bearing the logos of the city's most-recent minor-league hockey teams. She was remembered as a regular patron.

Police arrested one of Hufford's co-workers, 30-year-old Alton Nolen, on his release from a hospital this week. Officers said the plant's chief operating officer shot Nolen to stop his attack on another woman at the plant.
