OKLAHOMA CITY -

Another gorgeous start here in Oklahoma this morning. We even caught an early-morning hot air balloon ride on our tower cam just after sunrise!

It'll be another warmer-than-normal afternoon as high temperatures rise into the mid and upper 80s under mostly sunny skies.

We're watching two separate storm systems that will affect Oklahoma this week. The first one will impact mainly west and northern Oklahoma late Monday through Tuesday. Widely scattered showers and a few storms are expected with this first one.

However, the second system has the potential to bring strong to severe thunderstorms to the state Wednesday afternoon and evening. A cold front will follow on Thursday morning, bringing our lows and highs into the 50s and 70s.
