A 3.2 magnitude earthquake was reported Saturday evening about 8 miles northeast of Perry and 19 miles northwest of Stillwater.

A 3.2 magnitude earthquake was reported Saturday evening about 8 miles northeast of Perry and 19 miles northwest of Stillwater.

The earthquake was reportedly more than three miles deep.

The United States Geological Survey reported the earthquake occurred at 9:26 p.m. in Noble County.

There are no reports of major injury or damage at this time.

According to the USGS, earthquakes with magnitudes ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest ones felt by humans. Damage is more likely from quakes at a 4.0 magnitude and higher.
