Silver Alert Issued After 2 Missing From MWC

MIDWEST CITY, Oklahoma - The Midwest City Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a woman and a man who have been missing since September 16.

According to police, the last known whereabouts of 87-year-old Beverly Samples and 55-year-old Lawerece Samples was at 4 p.m. on September 16 at an apartment complex near W. Silver Meadow Drive and N. Air Depot Boulevard.

Midwest City police said Beverly and Lawerece were preparing to leave for California, but their suitcases were found in the apartment.

The Silver Alert report states the individuals and the vehicle did not arrive at the planned destination, and they have not been seen since.

Beverly is described as a white female, and Lawerece as a white male. Clothing descriptions and photographs were not provided.

The vehicle is described as a white, 2006 Cadillac Deville with Oklahoma tag number 790GPT.

The report states Beverly Samples is considered to be under proven medical or physical disability and is in imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death.
