Former MMA Fighter And OSU Wrestler Fighting Cancer

A former MMA fighter is fighting for his life and he's getting extra help from Oklahoma's MMA community.

Skyler Holman is a former All-American wrestler at Oklahoma State University and former Mixed Martial Arts fighter.

Today he's battling cancer and is unable to work.

Holman has a wife and two children.

To help with medical expenses, a portion of tickets sold for a MMA competition Friday night in Choctaw will go to Holman and his family.

Rage in the Cage is hosting the event Friday night at the Choctaw Creek Park on South Harper in Choctaw.

The fight begins at 8:00 p.m.

Currently 15 bouts are scheduled including 5 professional fights and the 155 Amateur Title is on the line.

General admission is $25.00. Premium tickets are $35. VIP table seats are $50.00 a ticket.

Tickets can be purchased at www.ticketstorm.com, at Charlie's Sports Bar in Choctaw, Hooters on SW 74^th in Oklahoma City and at the doors of the event.
