CARTER COUNTY, Oklahoma -

There is a new break in the case of missing teenager, Molly Miller. The 17-year-old hasn't been seen in over a year. Now investigators are one step closer to solving her disappearance.

In a statement released Friday by the senior investigator in this case, officials said they have now identified a person-of-interest in Molly Miller's disappearance. They're also asking for the public's help to identify a piece of evidence.

Molly Miller and Colt Haynes were last seen on July 7, 2013. Investigators said much of the evidence points to James Conn Knipp. He was the last person seen with Miller and Haynes.

Knipp was arrested for running from police, with Miller and Haynes as passengers. Now investigators said Sabrina Fincher, the owner of the car Conn Knipp was driving, has also been named as a person-of-interest.

Investigators are also asking for your help in connection with a 9 mm automatic that was collected as evidence, and was reportedly in Conn Knipp's possession. Investigators want to know if anyone saw Conn Knipp, or another man named Colby Barrick with the gun.

If you have any information about the weapon, or the missing persons' cases, call the Molly Miller Hotline, (580)-798-8157.

Investigators have reached out to the new person-of-interest Sabrina Fincher and her attorney. We're told so far, they are refusing to cooperate.
