OEDA Celebrates 'Conversations Of Hope 2014'

The Oklahoma Eating Disorders Association will celebrate Conversations of Hope 2014: "Living in Color" from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on September 19 at the Oklahoma Museum of History.

Conversations of Hope is one of OEDA's biggest events of the year. Participants will enjoy an evening with speakers, music, dinner and the spirit of hope as the community comes together to raise eating disorder awareness and prevention. 

The event will once again feature the “Tree of Hope” that participants can decorate with their own personal ornament in dedication of a loved one who is either in treatment, in recovery or has passed away from an eating disorder.

Doors open and buffet dinner begins.

The keynote speaker will be Johanna Kandel, CEO of The Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness and author of "Life Beyond Your Eating Disorder."

Award Ceremony - Jen Carlson, MT-BC and past OEDA President
