Two Tulsa men are wanted in connection to the Operation: Battlefield joint investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Tulsa Police Department and other law enforcement agencies. The investigation is a sweep of Hoover Crips gang activity in the Tulsa area including drug trafficking and theft.

Jamar Leneer Stewart and Rodney Roy Parker Jr. are at large and are being sought on outstanding federal warrants based on indictments related to the investigation.

Stewart, 43, is 5'07" and 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Parker is described as a 43-year-old man who is 5'07" and 170 pounds.

Jamar Stewart has been charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and acquiring proceeds from drug activity. He has served time for drug possession and larceny. Rodney Parker has been convicted of marijuana possession.
