Smoked Brisket Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 pounds warm chopped brisket 

2 medium tomatoes, chopped 

1 medium onion, diced 

Jalapeño peppers or serrano peppers, to taste 

Handful of chopped fresh cilantro 

1 medium avocado, diced 

1 medium cucumber, chopped 

Juice of one to two limes 

Salt and Pepper , to taste 

Romaine spears, iceberg lettuce, or greens of your choice

Instructions

1. Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Squeeze lime juice over the salad and toss to coat. Add salt and pepper for seasoning. Arrange Romaine Spears on plate. Add salad to edge of plate and scoop salad onto romaine to serve.
