Husband, Wife Team Open Unique Donut Shop On Campus Corner

Donut loves rejoice. 

“Hurts” Donuts is opening a second location in Norman’s “Campus Corner” one week from Saturday. 

“Hurts” opened its first location in Springfield, Missouri nine months ago. 

They specialize in putting things in and on donuts you never imagine would taste good, but they apparently do. 

Long lines form outside their small shop in Springfield daily. 

Norman’s “Hurts” location will be twice as big as the Springfield location. They will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

Tim Clegg is co-owner. 

“Pretty much everything you’ve never seen on a donut, we’ve already tried it," said Clegg. “Because when you have a donut craving, it’s an emergency -- in my opinion. And we’re gonna take care of you.”
