The Oklahoma City RedHawks scored all five of their runs in the bottom of the fourth inning in a 5-3 win against the Colorado Springs Sky Sox Monday in front of a crowd of 3,531 at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The win improved the RedHawks to .500 on the season, as Oklahoma City (59-59) won a third consecutive game for the first time since June 15-17.

The RedHawks also took a 3-0 lead in their current set against the Sky Sox (47-69), marking the second time this season they've won the first three games of a series.

Preston Tucker and Max Stassi each went 2-for-4 with two RBI for the RedHawks. Matt Duffy, Ronny Torreyes and Jonathan Villar also had two hits apiece for Oklahoma City.

RedHawks starting pitcher Asher Wojciechowski (2-3) earned his second win in as many starts. He held Colorado Springs scoreless and to one hit through three innings, and went on to allow three runs on seven hits over 6.1 innings. He walked one and recorded three strikeouts.

Colorado Springs scored first Monday.

Cristhian Adames led off the fourth inning with a single, then scored on a double to center field by Ben Paulsen to give the Sky Sox a 1-0 lead in the top of the fourth inning.

Joe Sclafani drew a walk to lead off the bottom of the fourth, and Ronny Torreyes followed with a single to extend his hitting streak to a season-best seven games.

Preston Tucker stepped up to the plate next and delivered a two-run double on a line drive to center field to give the RedHawks a 2-1 advantage with none out.

Matt Duffy became the fourth straight RedHawk to reach base with a RBI single to put Oklahoma City in front, 3-1.

Two batters later, Max Stassi connected on a two-run single to right field to put the RedHawks in front, 5-1.

The Sky Sox scored twice in the top of the seventh inning.

They loaded the bases with one out and Jackson Williams drew a walk from Wojciechowski to bring home a run and cut the RedHawks lead to 5-2.

With the bases still loaded and one out, Patrick Urckfitz entered the game to pitch and walked Evan Frey to score another run for Colorado Springs and cut Oklahoma City's lead to 5-3.

Pitcher Greg Burke (3-3) was charged with the loss for the Sky Sox, allowing all five RedHawks runs on six hits in the fourth inning.

Urckfitz, Anthony Bass and Kevin Chapman held Colorado Springs without a hit or run over the final 2.2 innings. Chapman retired all three batters he faced in the top of the ninth inning to earn his ninth save of the season for the RedHawks.

The RedHawks and Sky Sox conclude their four-game series at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Oklahoma City will try for its second series sweep of the season.
