Pollutants that cause cancer and liver damage were found in Creek County drinking water. Rural Water District Two said its water quality violates safety standards.
The district said most of its nearly 5,000 customers can continue drinking the water and are not in any danger. The district said it's flushing its lines and the water quality is improving.
They are urging babies, the elderly, and customers with compromised immune systems to see their doctors to determine whether the water is safe for them to drink.
