EMSA Issues Eighth Consecutive Heat Alert Day

EMSA has issued a "heat alert" for an 8th straight day.

Emergency crews responded to 10 heat-related illnesses at the US Senior Open in Edmond. That makes 27 heat calls for the golf tournament this week.

EMSA says they have been called to 52 heat emergencies in the past week.
